hi, i'd like to submit a speedrun. however, my laptop is ass when trying to record something, so a screenshot would be the only clear proof for a speedrun. thanks
It's a general rule across speedrunning that you must have a video as proof.
in order to prevent a number of ways thatd make cheating pretty easy, video footage is required for speedruns here. in my experience, obs can be configured in a number of ways to record even when it has minimal resources, if youre interested, theres a discord link on this site that if you can join, and id be happy to see i can help get things working with you
The Re-poll has arrived, many pointed out with the last poll we ran that the update would change a lot of the out of bounds clips and those should be re-done. Since then some different clips have been found and others have changed, even a new universal clip was found so we believe it's time to redo
