It has been said that we can enable accessibility features in any Unrestricted category. Among these, there are options such as decreasing the perception of the enemies, decreasing the aim in the conflicts and even making ourselves invisible. These seem to be against the rules, I wanted to ask a question.

When playing any% unrestricted you can unlock anything you want. Gameplay modifiers, cheats, everything the game offers you. Yes that also includes stuff like invisibility. That is the point of the unrestricted category basically.

As Onurll65 already pointed out, anything goes in the any% unrestricted categories. But not everything really helps speeding through the game. The normally used "cheats" are one-shot kills, unlimited ammo and unlimited crafting.

Just watch some of the posted runs and you'll get a hang of it.
