The P.Craft version of the mod has been fixed, while the wheat is not perfect in the traditional way it is better than 3 the whole time. (2nd stage no wheat, 3rd stage sometimes 1 and sometimes 2 is how the mod works, ideally it'd be 2nd stage 1 and 3rd stage 2.)
The two runs in question are rejected due to using the versions in any fashion at all.
