I read the speedrun rules as best as I could to find any possible mention of the allowance/ban of the Switch version SMB2 for a run, but didn't see anything.

Am I allowed to use the switch version for a Any%? Or is that banned?

It's listed under the game boxart to the left, but yes, we do accept it.
