Nestopia (Performance wise) or Nestopia UE but they dont have a frame counter, FCEUX runs worse on stream / video but has a frame counter and Bizhawk is laggy so don't use it unless you have a good computer

I would say NEStopia is the best emulator for this. Also, if you go into fullscreen (by pressing alt+enter), you’ll have minimal input delay.
