Run got rejected for "no attempt to speedrun, just a normal playthrough." Various other games allow slowrunning so I thought I'd take a crack at it but I'm guessing that's not allowed here?

Slowrunning is generally discouraged, however, it isn't completely disallowed. A more correct rejection reason would be, "Run has more than 5 minutes of inactivity." As long as you're moving around for a majority of the run, it's fine.

Slowrunning is allowed, more than 5 mins of being afk is a deny.

Yeah, as you can see with my run, as long as you are continually moving it is perfectly fine, but it doesn't mean that the verifiers will watch most of the run 😉
