Nemo Arcade has 2 hidden stages that were not included in its original release (The Goat Car and Long Stairs).
It seems to me that the programmers/developers of this game were testing with extra stages that eventually were not implemented in the official set.
You can access through the extra stage The Goat Car by clicking the Dip Switches. It is only possible through Mame, and also using the World 901130 version.
Go to Menu, Dip Switches, then
1st Unused/Unknown must be set ON 2nd Unused/Unknown must be set ON
Energy bar must be set, Minimum or Maximum (more common in Minimum)
The last and most important stuff to do: Game Test must be set as TEST (but you gotta wait for the main title Nemo to do that change, if you do that before the main title shows up, the Test Game will be activated).

I did submit several weeks ago a run of Nemo Arcade in the Replay Burners site, which it is site dedicated to 1 credit clear gameplay, mainly.
The run was one of my toughest attempts done in the difficult region. Increasing difficulty with energy bar diminished at low mode.
