Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. The strat here was originally to be aggressive and take the top middle factory with the Pelican/Charlie, then take the top-left factory while luring the enemy units into range of my artillary, and taking out their Hunters to establish air superiority, before sneaking a Pelican/Charlie over the top to get their base. Mid-run I realized that there was an opportunity for a shortcut, and just sprinted my Pelican/Charlie straight to their base after taking out the enemy's initial Hunter. If I had been persuing that strat from the get-go, there probably would have been plenty of time saves in reducing ancillary troop movements and battles.
