Would a NG+ deathless run be able to be submitted to both NG+ and the deathless categories? Also for the IL's Birth and Breathing are combined into one level in the games menu called Beginning. There's also Departing which is just considered part of Recalling. I was thinking these should be combined into their own levels as it lines up with the games level select.

We talked about this a bit in the dreamteck discord when the categories were being created. I think the reason for keeping them separate is that NG+ Deathless locks your plane selection, where NG+ allows you to take tactical deaths to swap to more optimized planes (for example, speedbird is ridiculously good in the early levels, but can be overtaken by long boi in later levels).

Regarding split names, I think that's probably a good idea, just to keep things consistent

How does the new (in game) speedrun mode affect the rules?

Currently the rules are to use in game time, therefore doing runs in speedrun mode. Although there is some inconsistency with the IGT at the moment. It's been a major topic of discussion in the discord about whether or not we should use IGT or RTA, it really depends on what the devs say about the issue

It appears that with the most recent update, the issues with the in game timer have been fixed
