New GoW3 glitchless categories with the NG+ glitch

Two new categories have been created for GoW3:
- Very Hard Glitchless (NG+ glitch)
- NG+ Very Hard Glitchless (NG+ glitch)
These are glitchless categories use the NG+ glitch, allowing runners to use all weapons and items from the start of the game. No glitch other than the NG+ glitch is allowed.
New GoW Ragnarök categories
Two new categories (Berserker% VH NUR and Gná VH NUR -- VH NUR meaning Very Hard No Upgrade Run) have been added to the God of War Ragnarök leaderboard.
These categories were created to be more challenging than the very simple Berserker% and Gná VH categories, which have strats to defeat all ene
