Is there any way to report users who submit blatantly fake runs (i.e. posting rick roll videos, wrong games, clearly cheating to be funny) I'm getting about 4-5 fake submissions a day on the Cookie clicker boards and there's literally nothing I can do besides reject.

If you write the reject reason as "spam" I believe it also may mark it for full mods to look at as well, but probably good to send them a message as well.
