So, I think I've figured out how to go up most if not all sets of steps in the game quicker than the normal steps animation. Steps are the small sets of about 3-5 stairs like outside in the cherry atrium, all the stairs in the Banned Path, or when you exit the Fishtank Room out to the Backyard. If you interact with the steps at an angle instead of head-on, you move at regular running speed and don't hesitate when engaging the steps animation like normal. This probably saves around .3 seconds each time, but with the number of steps you encounter throughout the run, this could save anywhere from 1 to maybe 3 or 4 seconds over the run.

I still need to test this on actual stairs and such but cool find I guess.
