If you are on PC there are a few cutscenes in the game files you can delete which just saves you sitting through them, although either way they are counted as a load so you dont need to. So if you head to your game folder and just search "cutscene" these 9 cutscene files will show up.

You can delete all of them but the "sc_titan_cutscene_omar_convo.bik" or else when you get to that section of the game you will softlock and be unable to progress.
