Using the Exit Button in a run normally is not a glitch, but exploiting it is. Canceling the LSD/Acid/Trip/Seizure effect in its one room is NOT considered a glitch. Skipping the orange boss's missile-fire is allowed in glitchless categories because it is actually sometimes unavoidable.
