100% is a category that requires the runner to complete the Tome of Knowledge (TOK).

This means that upon completion of the run, these four categories listed at the bottom of the TOK should read "All": - Characters Seen - Treasures Found - Gem Tiles Created - Secrets Discovered

To cleanly transition between each phase of the category, complete Adventure Mode as per usual, menu skip after defeating Codex as you would any other boss, complete Arena Mode as per usual (without menu skipping; the run requires that you visit the summary screen of your Arena run), and finish by tying up loose ends with the TOK. (Minigames have been cut from the 100% rulebook and are not required to complete the run.)

The least accessible information in the run is how to complete the "Secrets Discovered" portion of the Tome of Knowledge. It's actually fairly simple, and requires the runner to complete 9 steps.

During the adventure/arena (which one being a matter of personal preference) portion of your run, you should: - Click on Lex; he will giggle - Click repeatedly on Lex until he sneezes - Continue clicking repeatedly on Lex until he burps - Actively be searching for the word "ASTROPOP" to subsequently play against an enemy > If you notice 7 of the 8 letters in a single rack, feel free to play as many of the other letters in that rack as you can, in the hopes that the final letter will appear so you can play the word

After completing the Arena portion of your run, you should wait until the summary screen pops up, and then: - Click on a foe on the right side of your screen; they will flinch - Click repeatedly on the same foe until they perform their death animation

If for any reason you have not spelt "ASTROPOP," enter back into Arena and selectively reroll for letters until you are capable of spelling the word. If "ASTROPOP" has been spelt, exit out of the summary screen and click on the Tome of Knowledge. If you have completed the prior steps, the "Secrets Discovered" progress tab should read 66%. You have three steps remaining: - Click on an enemy attack in the bottom-right corner of your screen; the enemy will perform that attack - Click on a foe on the right side of your screen; they will flinch - Click repeatedly on the same foe until they perform their death animation

Upon completing the last of those 9 steps, end the timer. Every progress tab should read 100%, in which case you have successfully completed a run. Congratulations!
