So 135 should be the max the max dex without trading which would be the potential "catch em all" category unless some silly exploit is found. it would be 150 - the 4 trades - the 12 exclusives + the 1 gift persian / arcanine so they would be relatively equal when comparing to the any%
I've also wanted to look into what the routing would best be for a 60TM run but that's something else unless it should be included in 100%
Nope I was using the wrong stats formula for calculating the stats. Updating it now. The cp formula was matching correctly but the individual stats were getting calculated to high.
Edit: The point from here would be some stats points that would be desirable and do an odds breakdown on those cp numbers if that desirable stat coming up.
Right yes I should of been more clear that the iv would be the average iv number as the ivs seem to effect the cp value the same.
Edit: I've added some Starmie stats to the custom tab as well which should be publically editable.

Someone asked for this during a run this still has to be checked and highlighted for what would be usable in the run and I can add full editors I just wanted to get this out there for discussion. I don't know much about pokemon stats this is just based on some existing formulas so if there are corrections to make please let me know.
