Normally my speedruns get approved within 24 hours, where the mods at?

Is it ok if I have all audio muted in a speedrun? With my recording software I can only mute myself, not my friends so I removed sound. It seems like it would be specified if I had to have audio, like in Bike Obby it specifies that you have to have certain audio.
