after some discussion on the discord it has been ruled that the console is not allowed to be used in any way during runs, most importantly using it to bind 2 actions to 1 key. This does not effect any existing runs.

Force closing the game to restore a checkpoint in ultra nightmare is now banned. This was decided on by a vote in the discord. Because of this, the former wr by BloodThunder has been removed.

I've been doing a handful of ils, but haven't done any longer levels yet (mostly because I'm too lazy to actually get a 100% save) but I'm wondering, are loads in il runs timed? In a lot of older runs I've seen people timing loads, but since there's a loadless timer, do I still have to time loads?
