CanadaNo, you are permitted only one account on the site. Yes, you can submit a run from a different Twitch channel (if it's yours). You may have to explain to some game moderators that you have multiple Twitch channels, but it shouldn't be anything too complicated.

Roblox games are not handled by content mods. Roblox games are added by Roblox series mods. Solitaire and Spider Solitaire are considered to be notable commercial releases, hence, why there are an exception (this is covered in Game Request Rules). AdVenture Capitalist has over a million downloads on Google Play and 46 000 Steam reviews. While I don't know much about the game, I can't say that the "not notable" argument really applies to this game in particular. As for the rest, they were most likely added before rules regarding game requests got stricter. These games will not be deleted because those rules aren't applied retroactively.
Trying to to find examples of games breaking current site rules isn't going to help get this game on the site.
Well, I mean, now that the game does have some level of attention, what makes you think that people will stop posting spam runs? Personally think that all games should require verification, regardless on how active the game is. If verifying runs is such an issue, you could appoint another moderator.
Yes. For this speedrun, you are allowed to have the all unlocked, and you can play the levels in any order.
We don't "hire" or "fire" moderators. This is a volunteer position.
That being said, this post tells us absolutely nothing about the individual, what they did, or why we shouldn't "hire" him, and just comes across as slanderous and rude to those who aren't in the know.
