User in question has also been removed as S-Mod so there should be no further issues like this in the future. Thank you to the other mods/verifiers and certain community members as well as speedrun.com administration who helped resolve this issue.

yeah hi hello getting over it mod we have a guy that keeps spamming troll submissions and it clogs the pool is there a way to block a user from submitting this is kind of ridiculous, username is ArshanJaman
They all show up as the Union Jack now on the leaderboard?
Previously when submitting we requested you to leave the RTA box empty so we wouldn't have to edit the submission to manually remove it (kept the board looking better). However after painstakingly editing all 2200+ runs manually and still going we now don't have that problem.
Your submission time will simply go in the "time" box and is the same in-game time shown by the end screen don't worry about anything else.
Thanks to moderators @Loop, @The_head_obamid, @TrixoBG and @MrBoogyBam for helping me to fix this very old problem. If src could add a way to do this automatically that would be great.
When submitting your runs please only fill in the "in-game time" box and leave the "Time" box empty. Your in-game time is the time that is displayed at the end of your run.
(when submitting IL splits use real time only)
Example -
I have over 100 submissions from the games I'm moderating but it's only showing me submissions from 1 game and its not even showing half of them. Is there a limit on how many can be shown at a time?
I can't verify runs from other games because of how clogged up a particular game is with submissions. Is this a bug on my end or is that actually how it works?
I submitted a game that is just under 4 minutes long for a WR run a game that is new on steam and that already has speedruns on youtube with thousands of views and it got rejected for being "too short"?
Some of the most popular games on this website are short, getting over it is only a minute long. Do all submitted games have to be hours long now? I don't understand this change.
Due to popular demand we've added a 4th and likely final main category, the All Maps run. As nexile games are hard at work on Jump King Online we don't expect a 4th map to be released for Jump King so this category shouldn't see any changes. If you want to run this category please make sure to read the rules first and if you feel anything should be changed feel free to let us know.
Due to a bug with how the timer was programmed in game the timer would run at different times depending on how long you had played. After around 75 hours the timer would double in speed making the game essentially unplayable for speedrunning.
This has been fixed in the most recent update, now the in game timer runs at real time regardless of your stats. The board times have been adjusted for this and any future runs will still use the in game time. It's just more accurate now.
The game also now supports miliseconds.
Couple people asked for a new category so I made one. "All Medals" on a single level. Doubt many will run it but it's there. If anyone wants anything else just ask in the discord.
Due to a recently submitted "world record" run that was obviously cheated (sped up gameplay, no gamesound or music, no visible round counter, etc) I thought I'd add this warning in case anyone attempts the same thing.
As someone who has ran this game a lot and has held top times I can tell pretty quickly if a run is legitimate or not. If you post a run that is a major record such as monkey lane I'll make sure before it is verified it is checked properly. It's pretty easy to tell if a run is sped up, spliced or modified in any way thanks to how simple BTD5 is.
I'm not expecting anyone to ever try to pass off such a clearly cheated run again as this is the first time I've seen it but I'm putting this I guess you could call "policy" here anyway.
If you post a run that is found out to be cheated, you will be allowed 1 chance to admit wrongdoing and be allowed to post as normal again. Deny you cheated without providing counter-evidence or continue to post cheated runs and you will be banned permanently from the BTD5 leaderboards and all previous runs will be removed. Zero tolerance and all that.
Note that I don't consider breaking one of the rules by accident or because you didn't know them cheating. I'm talking about posting a run that is clearly only intended to get a false record. Runs that just break the normal rules will be rejected as normal but that's it.
It's BTD not SM64, why would you even care enough to cheat anyway.
For anyone posting runs unless you're posting a run under say 5:10 for easy, 7:20 for medium or 10:40 for hard/imp it's not necessary to put your time in milliseconds but you can if you still want to. So a 5:20.975 can just be posted as 5:20.000.
I only added the option for milliseconds so the very fast times can be sorted properly and we don't have a tie for 1st place on the more competitive boards. I personally think the board looks way cleaner this way.
My twitch got banned (no clue why) so a ton of my records no longer have proof. Which is why the level board looks very different now. I'm in the process of removing them all.
Not worth it to go back and get them all again, fortunately a lot of them are on YT including Monkey Lane easy which is all I really care about record wise. (shame about ML Impoppable 10:25 being gone)
At least the board is more open for new people now.

I requested a game and it got denied, I changed the thing they didn't like and re-requested the game and that was like 10 days ago. My other game requests got a response within 3 days. Will I ever get a reply :/
