as the title said, are they allowed to be summited? i'm playing on an emulator (is the only way i got available to play the game) and i haven't noticed major changes in the gameplay besides slighty smoother fps and broken cutscenes (I did a comparison and the duration of cutscenes doesn't seem to change in emulator and N64)
