Go into the game files, find the options file, and change AlternateSyncMethod to 1, and make sure autosave is tuned off, which I guess you do anyway. I kept having mine lock at 50/55 FPS and this was the fix. I've done some unrecorded any% runs, 39 minutes is my best so far, but I think WR would end up below 30 if it was actively run.
60 FPS actually for precision needs thousandths of a second, each frame is 0.016 seconds, so frame counting can be used to get that.
They'll mainly be a place to see the limits of each level, and will be less competitive than the other categories, and more collaborating on better strats and setups, if more people run the game.
Put them up, I may or may not have a go at some of them.
They're too short and hard to time, whereas the full chapters are a much better length. I might do it soon, but especially the earlier ones, they're too short for them to be that effective.
I made the Discord, are we not using that?
It's easier to organise and run
I've made a temporary leaderboard Discord for until I get my mod app accepted
I requested mod, so if I get that accepted, I'll verify your runs.

https://www.speedrun.com/Disparity They haven't been active for a couple of weeks, and I haven't been able to contact them. There are 3 runners at least with unverified runs, and none up on the leaderboard. It's a recent game, and the other games by the same developer have had a decent community for speedrunning, so I expect that number to be higher. I'm also actively running the game.
Here is the version on the dev's site http://www.bornegames.com/games/mirrors-edge-2d/
