Maine, USAI've seen the tas myself. And while I'm excited to hear you're getting the hand of floor drilling I personally could never get consistent enough at it to start going for it in runs. That being said this game hasn't even remotely been pushed to its full potential.
"shaft zip" has been used in almost every run in this game I've seen.
"High speed head bump" Is just too hard to alternate pressing left and right that quickly. Even if we were to use pause buffering to help at that point it'd barely be saving any time.
"Head glitch" is something I have gone for while I was grinding for wr in this game. It's hard to get since it's practically rng dependent seeing how random bosses are. But when the stars align it's a very nice bonus.
Floor drilling definitely has the most potential in my opinion, Specifically the ones in Circus and Jungle performances. both of them combined would shave off a massive amount of time if done first try.
One day somebody will find a speedrun useful glitch..... right?
Just a side note for the itemless idea, The game gives you a pedicopter (helicopter) powerup when you enter "To The Sky" as you need it to complete the level. So a true itemless run wouldn't be possible.
In my personal opinion I feel that should not count as it seems more like a softlock than an actual ending.
I also don't feel like it should be another category considering it only saves around 1(ish) second(s). Also that newly discovered glitched ending would be the only difference between any% and glitched% unless you were going to make clipping with the bike banned from any% as well.
I'm not saying that a Glitched% itself is a bad idea. However with the lack of known glitches for this game it doesn't seem necessary to me.
I noticed that the different regions of this game are separated. Whats the difference between them?
Well that might make it difficult to time if the runner is not using an emulator.
This is just an idea but the WR is getting super close to perfection, I think it might be a good idea to start including milliseconds In runs under around 12 minutes.
Shouldn't this have been posted in the guides? I almost didn't run this game because i thought there were no guides for it luckily i checked the forum's. I'm only saying this because someone in the future might not check the Forums for a guide.
In the Igt any% rules you say "Don't submit Igt runs" So if I was going to run this category what would you want me to do?
My point was that I doubt anyone other then the guy who recommended would run a category like that, I may be wrong but it's just my thinking. If you are 1st but the only person in a category that doesn't really prove you are the best.
It still seems a bit silly imo and I doubt anyone else would run a category like that so what's even the point in adding it to the leaderboard?

For the All SBP/100% catagory is their a specific region you must run it on?
