I watched a few of the emulator videos at the top and theirs run super fast. Then I watched some at the bottom, and theirs run similar to mine, where after completely a level, the ability to select in the menu is super slow. You have to wait for the menu to finish its wiggle animation before you can select a different level. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how people at the top do not have this issue? I have tried 2 different emus to see if it was the emulator I was using, and both are the same.

Is there a PC splits for this at all? I only see the Xbox one, which doesn't have the names of the levels on it, it is all kinda written nonsense, and also contains a slur
