New South Wales, Australia@K1LLB0T dying is not considered a glitch, however is disallowed in some categories. You can't sword swap in glitchless as it's a glitch.
It has come to my attention a while back that TAS tools are not possible in the way that I wish them to be created. Although I do feel like TAS tools would bring huge potential to the speedruns, it unfortunately cannot be.
@Super_Gogeta09 Sorry for the late reply. We use Slashinfty's Youtube Frame Timer to check the timing of the runs down to the frame.

Fun fact: this run is around 2.5x faster than the blink of an eye. It is quite literally don’t blink or you’ll miss it, only taking 8 frames to complete.

Why do I have so many grenades? And why can I spam them seemingly infinitely?
I duped my grenades to 1 trillion, mostly for this category specifically. Though around 500 - 1000 grenades is perfectly reasonable. The dupe was done in a similar way to how people duped cars when trading was introduced. The dupe was done using a program called "Multiple Game Instance", and an alt account.
(DISCLAIMER: Multiple Game Instance can get you banned from ROBLOX, however the chances are slim to none. I have never seen or heard someone get banned because they used it, however that doesn't mean that it hasn't happened, nor can happen. I also do not encourage the use of exploits. Do at your own risk)
Multiple Game Instance allows for multiple instances of ROBLOX to run simultaneously, however for the dupe it isn't needed, a computer with the windows store version of ROBLOX and the web version can be used perfectly fine, when coupled with a friend or an alt on another device to help.
If not using Multiple Game Instance, use the windows store version of ROBLOX first as the web version is needed for the dupe. Ignore if using it.
To perform the dupe, join the same jailbreak server as your friend/alt. Equip grenades and meet up with your friend/alt. From here, join a separate jailbreak server through the web version of ROBLOX, it will launch a box which says "Starting Roblox". wait for this prompt to close and wait a few seconds and drop your grenades to your alt, you may need to wait more or less time depending on how fast your device is, for me waiting 2 seconds after the starting ROBLOX prompt closes. Pick up the grenades on your alt account. On your main account's instance, it will show up with a "Same account launched on different device" message, you can close this instance of ROBLOX as it is no longer needed.
On your main account, check if you still have the grenades by going to a gun store and equipping them. If you don't, then you dropped the grenades too fast, if it did then rejoin the server which your alt/friend is in, equip grenades then get them to drop the grenades back to you. Leave and rejoin to make sure it saves correctly. Rinse and repeat. These grenades save permanently.
To get all the grenades loaded at once, simply get a donut and give it to the prisoner NPC, he will have a chance of giving you grenades, when he does, it should have the amount of grenades you have + 10 all loaded at once.
Why, And How, is there an account under the map outside of the mansion
It is there in order to lure the NPCs without needing to damage them. I wasn't able to kill the NPCs as that would cause the CEO to move unpredictably, and using the age old method of putting an alt by the exit door requires you to damage the NPCs to lock onto the alt, which is time loss, not good.
The way my alt got down there is quite simple. I got my main and my alt into the military base, On my main I went into the level 4 door and got into the escape bot, flew it straight up, and jumped out. This teleported my main account under the ground.
From here I got my alt to pilot a helicopter and guided a rope down the level 4 entrance, and then I pulled the rope through the wall with the helicopter by driving the end into the wall. From here I guided the rope, which is now underground, to my main and made it get on. From here I piloted the helicopter away from the military base into a more open underground area, then pulled the rope up with my alt, which teleports the helicopter underground. Then I jumped out of the helicopter with my alt, which stops the helicopter teleporting back up for when I jumped out with my main.
From here I piloted the helicopter over to the mansion, right where it was in the run, as close as I could to the NPC spawn. I couldn't get any closer because of a teleport box, a screenshot which for some reason was slightly visible on the alt accounts POV, a screenshot can be found here. The teleport box is visible with a slight yellow color, easiest to see on the left against the color of the rocks.
And when I started the run, alas, the NPCs now targeted my alt before my main. This allowed me to throw grenades at the CEO without dying too fast and without him moving too much.
@Bullerkatten there is still some wiggle room for baton boosts, if done perfectly it may get an 18.9xx
There is a stutter in the recording, it's also in the raw footage so it isn't an export error. Sad.
