There aren't enough differences to make a separate guide. From what I remember, there are only two changes in episode 3. First, you need to get the soda can from the vending machine instead of the trash. And second, the button is different during the big choice at the end of the episode. You can see it in my run.
As you said, this is exactly the same as the 100% category. Only a separate category could be opened for double exposure, but you'd have to play it twice, so I don't think anyone would run it.
I think this is much easier and more consistent.
