Hey I'd like to attempt a Holy Roman Empire run and I want to know; what speed am I allowed to go at, do I need to play on Iron man, can I use Arumba's keyboard shortcuts mod or for that matter other mods that don't stop you from getting achievements in ironman, are custom characters legal? Also the "in game time" (8:08:28) is listed as the world record on live split but on here it seems like a different number.
