IL's do go off of in game time igt so you just subtract the time you got at the end of the level from the time at the beginning of the level so you got a 369 so it would be 400 - 369 =31

I use to think that it was better to gp cancel on the first frame when u walljump but it's way more consistent and effective to wait until mario is at his highest point after he walljumps and then gp cancel and you can gain some height

I guess the reason nobody really does 100% iws is because 100% in general is just a very unpopular category so it makes sense that the 100% iws wouldn't rlly be cared about
