@Mid7at with all the time spent disputing this, could you be practicing to better your run? I don't want this to come off the wrong way, just a thought provoking question

I know of other verified runs with pauses on the medallions. Its all good :)

You're allowed to pause for up to 2 minutes. What is done with those 2 minutes is up to the runner. I don't see an issue with this because anyone who knows the medallions really well will finish the puzzle faster than someone who pauses

I just recently upgraded my monitor to a viewsonic xg-240r and was wondering if anyone is familiar enough with monitors to help me with optimal settings for performance. i've been grinding on rpd one, and the fastest i can possibly get to the secret room is 9:04. I'm at a loss here because my strats/lines arent much different than the pro's, yet they're finishing close to 20 seconds faster. my old monitor was pumping out no more than 100hz, but i was still getting to the secret room at the same time as i am with the new monitor. any thoughts?

Hello, i've looked into the scripts in the resources/forum section of the site with no luck. theres no option on my livesplit to add a scriptable autosplitter, so i am stuck at a standstill. any suggestions? global hot keys are on and all the preferred settings for speedrunning are as they should be, and i'm running livesplit in admin, but still the splits wont even start unless i do it manually

This is a concept that I just recently became aware of, but its basically time lost do to not running the game on its most optimal settings. However what I dont know is what these settings are. Any insight would be fantastic. Orchlon had mentioned it on stream recently while playing re3, and i was curious about how much timesave it could equate to on re2.

Had this happen on stream last night, and I dont know if anyone has consistently been able to kill him this fast. If consistent this could be a 10 second timesave.

I'm having the same issue as CBiIemBox. when I download the file and extract it there are no .exe apps to be found anywhere.

I'm having issues opening the blank splits file. When I try to open it in Livesplit I get an error that says, "the selected file was not recognized as splits file". Any suggestions?
