Hi It seems some people don't know but there's several runs of this game on nico. I'll link them, maybe it'll help someone here. They only use IGT but you could probably manually check RTA if you care. I made a list of all the IGTs (per stage and total) a while ago so I'll just throw that in a pastebin along with the videos. Maybe you guys already know about it, but don't do it since it's so unreliable:

It's worth messing with it a bit though, I think. Don't think it's gonna be worth it on Easy unless there's a consistent method, but maybe for other difficulties. Also if Suzuka dies from OoB, other enemies might too. I can't remember if any of them have any moves like a dash though.

I found this casually over a year ago but forgot all about it. Remembered thanks to seeing howdenking's run on speedrun.com's frontpage the other day.
