Which emulator was the run played on? And is it just me or is the beginning of the video missing?
I think adding "Starting Level" like in the NES leaderboard to the 100 lines category is a good idea.
For me it would make sense to allow it in the 100 lines "any%" category :-) What are thoughts of the mods on this one?

Which mobile emulators have correct speed and handle lag properly?
Couldn't you buy broken stuff at cheap prices and repair it while you're playing it through and collect a lot of money this way and buy all perfect parts in the end + have an easier play through? I think i did it this way.
We have low%, who gets a run with less stuff wins; if same amount of stuff, time breaks the tie.
A high score run is a negative low% run. Who gets more stuff, score, whatever wins, time breaks tie.
Only option 1 and 4 look good for me.
I'am wondering which emulator and version is used and if it is running at the right speed. The line clearance time appears to be somewhere around ~0.85s instead of ~1.6s.

a / b ) I would not be too restrictive as there are more good emulators, but stating emulator used and version is a good thing.
c ) That sounds good, pun intended.
d ) Practice runs start with 20 apples, normal ones with 15 and hard ones with 5; we can keep that in mind.
e ) Don't think you have to state it in the rules, but having audio is usually expected.

If somebody runs on "practice" and does not show the difficulty, will the run be counted as a "normal" one?
Should the emulator and version used be in the description? (there are accurate and very inaccurate emulators)
Should future videos contain audio as it helps to faster verify new runs?
I don't think it should ever be allowed to use save states for real runs, or to quote Toad22484: "Never, under any circumstance, is save stating to skip the intro of a game in a real attempt allowed. Ever. Please for the love of everything stop using save states in actual runs. It manipulates RNG amongst other things. Please. Thank you."
Those things are thoughts and opinions let me hear what you think about them.
I'm no mod here, but imho it could simply be a new category, have a look at Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! , they also have some different categories.
What are the benefits of rounding fastest lap times in a racing game vs. using the decimals provided by the game?
There was a new dispute opened on Twin Galaxies. A lot of controversy was brought up and andrewg decided to run the game. Omnigamer put out an input spreadsheet and a guide on how to achieve a TAS time as human. Darbian and many other known speedrunners e.g. Summoningsalt and so on picked up the game and played / streamed it. It is a race to 5.57 the fastest time possible.
Well to be honest, I understand that we should have a look around for other times, even try to find the best times for a game but i think it is not our responsibility to add every run with video ever made to every game on every leaderboard; if person x wants to be on this leaderboard he can add himself. I see how some old video has value to the community, if the video was the last using an old technique or was a landmark for that game at that time - i can see how we want to add those times for historical reasons and so on. Of course this is just opinion based, which run is important and which not cannot be easily set by someone so I just wanted to point out what kind of reasoning I have here.

Some Emulators emulate wrong speeds (VBA), in other communities it is quite normal to state the version and name in the notes.
