SupporterI know it's annoying and all that, but try to remember we are all volunteers and that you aren't the only one. And just like you there are 60 other runs pending, some up to hours of footage. If you are super curious about what runs are pending you can check here and take a look yourself (also this for the main boards). It's also worth mentioning that some of us moderate other games and some of us have a life outside of minecraft and speedrunning. Hope this is a good explanation
Also it seems like everyone is against autosplitters, and if fairness you can't really have an autosplitter on mobile and console. So... :(

Fun fact, on speedrun.com/runsawaitingverification (where we get all pending runs) we only see 50 runs at a time. So old runs don't even appear anymore. Luckily we have a discord bot that can show those to us. If you don't want to go on discord you can also see the runs yourself here and for the category extension you can see them here. Note that all those runs are in json format and come from the speedrun.com api which you can read more about here.

Yes, if the first half is any% then it turns into all bosses then yes. But a glitchless can't be submitted to glitched. We try to avoid duplicates like that. But your example is fine :D
Hi, I would like to get an update on what I said on page 85, specifically the demoting an inactive super mod from minecraft bedrock edition.
Hi, I'm a moderator of Minecraft Bedrock edition and one of the super mods has never (to my knowledge) verified a run for this game. I have DMed them on discord on 11/04/2020 with no answer. (also as a side request could I be made super mod? Thanks)

Not to my knowledge. What speedrunners do is downgrade to 1.5 and after going into the end ran from the dragon so it despawns, even for a second. The portal will activate and you can run to it and hop in, even if the dragon isn't dead.
Fun fact: I download all runs and time them offline with some jank ass windows 98 video editor called Virtualdub. My problem is that I can't download from twitch so I gave this task (more or less by force) to all other mods. So I only verify from youtube and everyone else verifies on twitch (and youtube maybe? Don't think we have an actual schedule). My regular schedule is if I get spammed hard enough by people I will verify on weekends, and in emergency in the week. Right now I'm sick at home so I verified everything. Hope this somewhat answers your question about my process of verifying.
It is an old bug, yes, but it's been happening a lot more lately since farewell. The fact that it crashes is not really the problem, but the fact that it's crashing a lot more often for a lot more people, and as you said in #bug-reports kinda makes speedrunning a lot more annoying.
Pause n' (and) play is a technique used to make platforms turn faster. By pausing when a moving object slows down and unpausing the object will go the other way instantly. Because pausing pauses the InGame timer this is basically risk free. But in all worlds real time is used so it's less useful.
Pray. It's not OBS, it's a game problem. Everest does fix it, but it's illegal. We are waiting for a patch, but devs still haven't answered. Not 100% sure, but maybe crashes might be excused in full game runs, but it's generally not encouraged. And no, you will most likely never be able to run with Everest on (unless you make your own Everest and make it hidden so mods would never find it, but if they do you'll be banned from the boards if not the site)
The previous mod has decided to step down and they also deleted the discord. There's a new one which hopefully works
