So I have a big question, there is a place for runs on emulators of Time Crisis 3 since Time Crisis 2 has allowed emulator runs on it, it's something I want to try since I don't have a lightgun in my country, and I want to Run a lot of lightgun games with mouse or emulator like the other ones are avaible

There's been a lot of success with that category on TCII so I think it makes sense to have it for TC3 as well. Give us some time to make the categories. Feel free to submit a run under the wrong category if one doesn't exist. GL on the runs!
