Hey - may I ask what kind of dosbox settings you use @unspentskillpoints? Depending on the "cycles" settings, the "Fastest speed" feature in this game will differ. Loading time between screens will too. I'm assuming it's 3000 since it looks like that, and I think that's the default too.

Also, would rebinding keys be allowed do you think? F1-F12 has to be the most horrible keybindings in gaming. :)

I'm sorry, I never saw this post until just now. I do use the default DOSBOX settings as I figure that is the most common among users.

I agree that the default keybindings are awful. If anyone wants to rebind them, I think that should be allowed.
