Why do you guys allow SSF2:X on a SSF2:T track?

Even with both on difficulty 8 they are not the same difficulty, SSF2:T is still harder.

According to the rules and various threads where we deliberated over this, it was decided that only SSF2X version 940223 runs can be accepted precisely due to that discrepancy.
