this is incomplete. it however does give all the neccessary info to skip having to figure out who sparky is and strait up gives it to you in livesplit itself. and yes this is allowed in runs
so. update to the timing rules of both the tutorial and main game for playtests 4 and 5
IGT Timing will be used as it is seen in game. however the older timing rules will remain in place for non-igt time stuff. this new timing rule thing will only affect playtests 4 and 5. 1-3 will not be affected alongside the episodic games. yeah
