This resource contains a "No cost Persephone savefile" PC file, so you can buy upgrades for free on the PC version. Add this this to your game by going to "C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Spyro\Save" and adding the 2 files in that folder. It should just work as long as you have a file called "global.dat" there as well. (direct download)
