hello moderators! i have a big issue that doesn't let me submit a speedrun on the leaderboard. in order to submit a run, splits must be shown, i have livesplit and it works fine!

i would like to use OBS to show the gameplay and splits next to each other to produce a 16:9 video. when i tell OBS to capture a specific window application, resident evil 2 is not an option, even though it is open. when i play the game in full screen, the proportions is a little strange and OBS still won't allow me to select to capture resident evil 2 becuase resident evil 2 isn't an option.

i have noticed that pretty much everyone who is on the leaderboard managed to show splits and gameplay next to eachother with no issues, but for me, OBS can't see that i have resident evil 2 open.

Are you using "game capture" or "window capture" on OBS? You need to use window capture and RE2 should appear as one of the selections as long as you have it open. I wouldn't recommend playing the game full screen, you will have all sorts of issues with it.
