So for blue NSC I need a link for how I can learn ditto strats and also how to reset the bgb emulator without having to right click and scroll until I get to reset

I don't play Blue NSC (sorry) but I can answer the BGB question. You need to tick the 'configure extra buttons' box in the Joypad section of the options (after right-clicking in the emulator window). You then configure keyboard/controller and the extra buttons will be able to be mapped, including one for 'reset GB.'
