I'm looking to learn how to run Pokemon Hg, but I don't have the money for a capture card. Is emulation allowed, and if not, do you have any cheaper alternatives for capturing the screen?

It's stated pretty clearly in the rules lol

But if you want a cheaper way of capturing your screen, use a webcam or some sort of lego rig to hold your phone in place.

Are there any rules on R4 cartridges such as EDGE? Do they run ds games accurately?
