This was extremely unexpected! Was just going for PB improvement. Had my expectations low. Yet I managed to beat the world record!

In the overwhelming moment in long, such varied categories, it's so hard to tell what pace you're on and if you're actually doing well or not. I had some struggle in a few of the duels and felt like my great run was starting to fall apart. I was already getting quite worried when I lost Zen Frog (10-5) or when I committed to the 1-shot on the Helix (11-5) and took a couple minutes to get it. But by the end when things are falling into place, you can see how awesome a run it is. When I realised I had world record pace after leaving the duels, I put my all into rushing the More Orange challenges and had plenty of clean plays.

I actually did some tweaking to my Grand Master routing before this and decided to do challenge pages in backwards order from the Insane Challenges to 35 Oranges. I used to leave Decathlon until last as it's cool way to finish a run but now the meta has become to use the Multilevel challenges for being productive on things you can double-up and the Decathlon is included in that. I took good advantage of the Multilevel challenges, getting a bunch of stuff I strategically skipped over in Any% to be able to use stronger masters later.

Sub-3 hours is definitely possible, less BS from the duels and tightening up any mistakes and it's doable. Very proud of what I managed to achieve, though!
