Would instantly killing someone be a rare occurrence? I think so. I have seen some speedruns where that happened. IT CRAZY. and it's never happened to me. Maybe it's just me? I don't know.

Rare occurrences that have happened to me are:

Instant elimination to both me and to another player (separate)
