Hey all, I'm back after such a long time. I make this post to ask the community and the moderators to change the rules of every category for this game.

A while ago, a patch was released for this game that fixed a few bugs. Among these bug fixes was the removal of weapon carry over. After you beat stage 8, before the update, you were able to use whatever weapon you used previously for the final 3 shooting stages. In the current update, all players are locked to the same weapon for these stages.

I ask for a new rule to be put into place that removes runs from the leaderboard that take advantage of this glitch; specifically, picking border reject allows some bosses past stage 8 to be killed very quickly. Or perhaps, instead of removing runs, make a new category for all of the "legacy" runs on the older version of this game?

I had actually no idea how these glitches worked and while I think I have the power as moderator to make these changes, I’d like to wait and hear from the rest of the community as to what they think of them before making any changes.

I completely agree that there should be categories for the older glitched runs, as there wasn’t any rules regarding glitches before and deleting them seems unfair as they respected the ruling at the time of posting.

Right now we are in a position where getting updates to the rest of the community is a bit slow since the game isn’t as active, but I’ll be checking back frequently to check on the state of this post and to follow through it.
