A bug founded while I try a speedrun. The game crashed.

Strange, never seen that happen before. Any idea at all what caused it or is it just a random thing?

I had two ideas:

1. there is a limit of four buttons pressed at the same time; it occurred when I press X, shift, left, up and space.
2. when I used space in Kudoh's grave, I press enter insanely; perhaps this is too much for the game process.

Think the first theory might be onto something, since I can't think of any times when I've pressed 5 buttons together, so it's maybe overloaded the game a bit? I'll test it and see what results I get; hopefully it's just some freak error that won't pop up again!
