All Planets% You have to unlock every planet. Timing ends when you press "fuse" on the last planet or the alert for the last planet pops up, whichever comes first. There would be two categories: Special Unlocks Allowed, where you can get planets through any method, and No Special Unlocks, where you must get planets by fusing them.

Sounds pretty grindy, but I'll tell you what: if you and one other person record runs with any level of optimization, I'll add the category.
