round cp-times to nearest tick
The server can only detect if someone is standing on a block/pressure-plate every tick. Therefore it would make a lot of sense to just round the time of each cp to the nearest tick. While playing it is really obvious that most of them are within +-10ms range anyway.

I'd like to start this announcement with an apology. During the last couple of months I was not able to help out on the leaderboard and as I am currently the only moderator that meant a lot of updates were not brought to the site, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for this. H
