I wanna know if you have to use controller on console or if your allowed to use keyboard and mouse

You should be able to, I looked at the console section and it says how “All input methods are legal with the exception of touchscreen” so you should be fine

yeah read the rules besides if you use a keyboard it would be the same as using a controller for that console, there are no real advantages other than faster inputs (if you like using the keyboard or controller more)
