How do i get items from the chest quickly like fe666 did in his world record?

hold shift, left click hotkey left click

double click on 1 item to hold all of it, then hold shift and double click on all the other items while still holding your other stack of an item. Clicking 1 item, will move everything else of it into your inventory. (idk if thats confusing)
