Poll for how to set up Guest Stars Board

- We will not make a leaderboard for every single character
- Kirby will be banned
- We are not going to ban riding or using the Friend Rod

That would require for every run to have a video tho. And it seems that most people are happy to just screenshot the end screen of things with automatic timers.
I dont like riding as a mechanic either but its dumb to ban something just cause you dont like it
