Funny you bring this up- I’ve had the same glitch happen to me as well.

The circumstances were nearly the exact same, where I quit Rookie League after the 1st race but came back and the points didn’t align with the track. I finished the league (as the game wanted) and everything set back to normal.

I agree this shouldn’t be allowed at all, as it's kind of weird by itself.

Personally, I don't think this glitch would be allowed under the current ruleset given the rules require you to "Play through the entirety of rookie league. A video of the game play and results screen of each race is required." and I don't believe this exploit would be considered as "Playing through the entirety of the league." Since I agree that this exploit would be "unfun" and "boring" and "lacking skill" for the run, I will add a clause banning wrongwarps in the ruleset so as to avoid ambiguity regarding "Play through the entirety of rookie league."
